Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of isanna studio (the "Service"), operated by ISANNA TECNOLOGIA LTDA ("we", "us") — full registered company details are on our Legal page. By using the Service you agree to them.
What the Service is
isanna studio is an AI writing assistant. It produces drafts (résumés, cover letters, speeches, and similar) from the information you provide. Every output is a starting point that you must read, verify, and edit before you use or send it.
Not professional advice
The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and using it does not create any professional relationship. You are solely responsible for what you do with any draft, including anything you submit to an employer, institution, court, insurer, or third party. For decisions with legal or financial consequences, consult a qualified professional.
Payments
Each purchase unlocks a finished document; a Career Pack unlocks 3 documents usable on any tool. Every document includes 5 free revisions; only a further refinement beyond those free five spends one document. All unused documents expire 90 days after purchase — a document you have already generated is kept so you can re-open and refine it. Payments are handled by Paddle, acting as the merchant of record; your purchase is also subject to their terms. See Refunds.
Your documents & your inputs
The documents you generate are yours to keep — to the extent any rights arise in the output, you own them and may use them for any lawful purpose; we claim no ongoing ownership over what you produce. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process the inputs you provide solely to generate, store, and let you re-open and refine your result, and to operate, secure, and improve the Service — nothing broader (consistent with our Privacy Policy: we do not sell your raw data). These usage rights are not a warranty of fitness — every output remains a starting point you must verify.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to create content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights, and don't misrepresent generated drafts as professionally certified. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Governing law: São Paulo, Brazil — but nothing in these terms deprives you, as a consumer, of the protection of the mandatory, non-waivable consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Questions: hello@isanna.ai.
