Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel the purchase was worth it — so here's our promise first:

  • Something broke / you got nothing: if a tool failed to deliver your result, email refund@isanna.ai within 14 days and we will re-deliver or refund.
  • Unused documents: if you bought a Career Pack and haven't used them, contact us within 14 days. On a partial refund, we reclaim credits in proportion to the amount refunded and you keep any documents already generated; if the proportion can't be determined, we reclaim the remaining unused balance instead. All unused documents expire 90 days after purchase.

Because a purchase unlocks an AI-generated document (a digital good delivered shortly after purchase, typically within a few minutes), a document that has already been generated is generally final — but tell us if you're unhappy and we'll look at it case by case. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under your local consumer law (e.g. EU/UK).

Refunds are issued by Paddle (the merchant of record) back to your original payment method. Duplicate charges, non-delivery, unresolved technical failures, and refunds required by applicable law are eligible. There are no subscriptions to cancel — every document is a one-time purchase.
